- EnglishSpoken.info is entitled to make any changes to the Advert when considered necessary.
- All adverts on the directory are listed in alphabetical order according to each region and department.
- All details including Name, Address, Telephone number, email, website and 6 activity key words will be uploaded on each advert.
- Website links will be directly linked to the website of your choice.
- You acknowledge and accept that EnglishSpoken.info maybe be temporarily down for short periods of time for repair, maintenance and upgrading and we can not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
- EnglishSpoken.info is not responsible to the availability or accessibility of third party site.
- EnglishSpoken.info reserves the right not to advertise you business / company if they feel it does not meet the Advertising Standards Authority or is unacceptable for publication for any other reason.
- EnglishSpoken.info reserves the right to edit or remove any listings at any time.
- EnglishSpoken.info reserves the right to cancel the display of your advert if you fail to make payment.
- EnglishSpoken.info is not liable for any disruptions that may be caused by circumstances beyond our control
- If there is an error on our behalf regarding your advert, the period of time that the error was uncorrected shall be added to your order.
- The colour in your Advertisement may not match the colour(s) provided. This does not constitute as an error on our behalf.
Your rights and responsibilities
- All details and information provided by you must be accurate, legal, decent, honest, truthful and meet the Advertising Standards Authority.
- All businesses must be registered and be authorised to use a logo or name, including any permits, licences or regulatory consent that may be required.
- You agree not to transmit at any time, any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, pornographic, vulgar, harmful, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive material.
- You must notify us of any errors on your advert or malfunctioning links.
- All payment is due the date of publication of the advert / listing.
- You are requested to pay the amount invoiced by EnglishSpoken.info using one of the following payment methods:
- Secure Online / Credit – Debit Card
- Pound Sterling Cheque made payable to Freetime (UK) Ltd
- By Bank Transfer (bank details can be requested on demand)
7. You are entitled to advertise your business only.
8. You use the EnglishSpoken.info website at your own risk.
9. EnglishSpoken.info is not, under any circumstances, liable for any loss of profits, loss of business or business opportunities, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill or intangible losses.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order at any time by contacting the Customer Services team.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the date of order will be refunded 90% of the fee paid. A 10% admin charge is retained.
- Cancellations after 14 days of the date of order are not entitled to a refund.
